HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
There is a reason I utilize this formula more regularly than boxed blend—it is so easy!
1. Dump all dry fixings into a medium bowl and whisk well.
2. Pour dry fixings into a waterproof holder and store in a cool, dry place until prepared to use.

When you prepare to put your cake blend to use
1. Mix dry fixings with damp fixings until combined.
2. Pour the batter into a 13-minute lobed pan or partition into cupcake liners.
3. Bake the cake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick within the center comes out clean. Prepare cupcakes for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Allow the cake or cupcakes to cool completely before topping them with your favorite icing

TIPS & TRICKS
Use ingredients that are new and not expired.
Most individuals don’t realize that baking powder and baking soda are less effective after a certain period, so check those expiration dates!
Sift your dry ingredients together for a smooth, clump-free batter.
For best flavor, store homemade cake mix in an airtight container.
Unless you are storing your cake mix in an airtight container, I recommend making the cake mix when it is ready to use rather than in advance.
Use different flavors, add brown sugar, or add nuts or chocolate for a surprise. So why not try it today and take your cooking game to the next level? Your buds will thank you!
